Deadline Fuse
A lit fuse burns along the frame toward the deadline, and it bursts as time runs out.
Then find it in the Graphics tab: search “Deadline Fuse”.
- Building tension before a date in a story, or a countdown to your own launch.
- Graphics tab, under Dates, Time & Timelines, then Countdowns & Deadlines.
- What is due, Time left, At the end.
- 3 colours, the font, its timing and each part’s position and size.
- Runs 4.4 seconds by default, as a full 9:16 frame, a full 16:9 frame, a card over your video. Change the length on the timeline.
Put it in your video
Open your video in the editor, go to the Graphics tab, search for Deadline Fuse and add it at the moment you want it. It opens on the timeline as a clip with its words ready to change, and it exports with the rest of the video. It is one of the many originals drawn for Captik, and the sample words here are only a sample.
