Term Sheet
A red pen strikes the valuation on an investor’s term sheet and writes the counter by hand.
Then find it in the Graphics tab: search “Term Sheet”.
- Startup stories, negotiation advice and funding explainers.
- Graphics tab, under Money & Business, then Prices, Deals & Shops.
- Company, Investment, Equity, Valuation, Your counter, Initials, Title.
- 3 colours, the font, its timing and each part’s position and size.
- Runs 5.6 seconds by default, as a full 9:16 frame, a full 16:9 frame, a card over your video. Change the length on the timeline.
Put it in your video
Open your video in the editor, go to the Graphics tab, search for Term Sheet and add it at the moment you want it. It opens on the timeline as a clip with its words ready to change, and it exports with the rest of the video. It is one of the many originals drawn for Captik, and the sample words here are only a sample.
