Shipping and Delivery Policy

Captik is a digital service. This page explains how and when what you buy reaches you.
Nothing is shipped
- Captik is an online captioning and video editing service used in your web browser and through our editing-software plugin. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.
When you get what you paid for
- Plans, passes and caption minutes are added to the Captik account you were signed in to when you paid, as soon as the payment is confirmed. This usually takes under a minute.
- A watermark removal applies to the video you bought it for as soon as the payment is confirmed, and that video then exports without the watermark.
- The Captik plugin is downloaded from the plugin download page.
Your videos and caption files
- Exported videos and caption files (such as SRT) are delivered as downloads in the editor or the plugin as soon as each export finishes, usually within a few minutes depending on the length of the video.
- Download your exports when they are ready. Finished files are kept on our servers only for a limited time.
If something does not arrive
- If what you paid for has not reached your account within 30 minutes, write to support@captik.in with the email address of your account and the date and amount of the payment. We switch it on or refund the payment in full, as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
