Captik Shadow

The same idea as Captik Glow in a softer voice: the key word comes in large lowercase letters filled with colour over a soft shadow, with the context line small above it.

When it fits
Lifestyle, education and everyday talk, where capitals would feel like shouting but you still want one word to stand out over a busy background.
In the plugin
In the desktop plugin it comes in as layers you can edit in After Effects and DaVinci Resolve, and as a burn in everywhere.

How it held each language

We drew a sample sentence in each language through this template in the real caption engine. Held means nothing was cut and the words stayed a readable size. Small means they fit, but shrank enough that you should split the line.

Measured with one long sentence in each language at the default size and box. Real captions are usually shorter, so they come out larger. You can also make the box wider, the text bigger, or split the line.

Change it after you pick it

Switch templates at any time and every caption follows, with your edits kept. Colours, font, size and timing are yours to change, and any word can be retyped. See captions by language, or place it clear of the app’s buttons with the safe zone checker.
